Renewal Procedures
You can renew all purchased services using a credit card, a PayPal account linked to a credit card, a bank transfer, or prepaid credit. To renew, you must log in to the customer area using your credentials and click the "Renew Now " button next to the service you wish to renew. There are two main payment methods available:
Renewal via PayPal/credit card
This is the fastest payment method because it is fully automated. If the website and email accounts are temporarily suspended due to expired subscriptions, they will be automatically reactivated within 15 minutes once you complete the renewal using a credit card.
Renewal by bank transfer
Bank details such as the IBAN, amount, and payment description for the bank transfer are generated when you create the renewal order in your customer portal. To speed up the renewal process for your hosting service, you can email the payment receipt to[email protected].
We don't like to take advantage of your needs and urgent situations.
Up until the 30th day after the natural expiration date, you can still renew your hosting service and hosting your website data and email accounts at no additional cost.
We will not charge any additional fees for data recovery, except for any costs incurred in recovering the domain name from the relevant national or international TLD registry.
