Enterprise Hardware and Connectivity
The rise of cloud computing and the presence in Italy of several newly built data centers have led us to forego investing in our own data center and instead install our hardware at companies that specialize in providing enterprise-level data center services.
Our proprietary hardware, including state-of-the-art storage systems, switches, and firewalls, is housed in two Italian data centers (in Rome and Bergamo) that hold a Tier 4 certification—the highest currently available for data center infrastructure.
The internet network features direct fiber-optic connections to carriers such as TIM, Fastweb, Wind | Tre, Vodafone, Retelit, Cogent, Irideos, and Planetel. The network’s key connection points are redundant and connected to Italy’s major internet exchange points: MIX (Milan), NAMEX (Rome), and AMS-IX in Amsterdam.
The highest certification standards
The Italian data centers in Bergamo (Global Data Center IT3) and Rome (Hyper Cloud Data Center IT4) are compliant with ANSI/TIA 942 Tier 4, the highest level of certification available for a data center. Thanks to high levels of redundancy in power and cooling systems, the Tier 4 certification classifies infrastructures capable of preventing service interruptions even in the event of severe failures and natural disasters.
Reliable and green energy data centers
Constant monitoring
Our enterprise-grade network, storage, and networking equipment are monitored remotely 24/7 by our team of expert systems engineers. Physical access to the data centers is restricted to personnel dedicated to data center operations and is granted exclusively through biometric access systems.
European data retention
All servers that provide our hosting, email, and cloud services are located in Italy, in our two data centers in Bergamo and Rome. Certain critical data, such as backup and disaster recovery data, are further geographically distributed across two additional data centers, one located in Amsterdam and the other at our headquarters in Viterbo(HQ).
DDOS Attack Protection
Our entire network is protected by NETSCOUT’s adaptive DDoS protection system, which constantly monitors incoming traffic and safeguards our infrastructure against various types of attacks, ranging from multi-vector attacks to large-scale volumetric attacks.

Thanks to our custom software stack, our daily commitment to office supply management, and our human resources policies, we have been certified as a Gold Partner by the Green Web Foundation.
This certification also allows all our customers to obtain an official, customized badge for their website, certifying that renewable energy is used to power the hosting service.
