From our affiliate dashboard, you can create campaigns featuring links, banners, images, and custom coupons to embed in your promotional channels, such as websites, blogs, apps, social media, and more.

By embedding our resources in your content, users who click on the links, banners, images, etc., will have a special cookie saved in their browsers. This cookie will last for 60 days and will also entitle them to a special €10 discount, which will be automatically applied to their cart during their first purchase.

To ensure the sale is credited to you correctly, the customers you refer must:

• be new customers, that is, not already in our database.
• make a purchase through your affiliate link or use one of your coupons.
• Purchase any Valore® shared hosting plan (Equilibrio, Progresso, or Successo,excluding Windows), dedicated hosting plan (cloud hosting or multidomain cloud hosting), or ErgoMail plan (Email + domain) available on our website.

We will verify these requirements by performing automated cross-checks on links, email addresses, tax identification numbers, and VAT numbers in our database.

Once the sale is assigned to you, it will take 30 days to receive the 20% commission of the purchased service. This period is necessary to allow for the 30-day money-back guarantee that we offer on most of our services.

Please note that the fee is calculated based on 20% of the value of the purchased service, excluding any additional options. For example: additional mail storage, additional email accounts, additional disk space, a dedicated IP address, a commercial SSL certificate, and any other options.

The minimum accumulated balance required to request a payment is €100. If you have €150 in accumulated affiliate earnings, you can request payment of the full amount, not just a portion of it.

You can request payment directly from your affiliate dashboard, asking to have the amount credited via bank transfer or PayPal.

No, the affiliate program is intended for users who professionally promote our hosting services to other users. Any other use will be considered fraudulent and will result in immediate suspension from the affiliate program.

While we want to reward those who promote our hosting services and contribute to Ergonet’s growth, we do not want this affiliate program to be used for abusive practices or spamming.

There are no limits on the number of sales we can assign to you or the credit you can accumulate, but you may not use our brand Ergonet, Hosting Valore®, Fireshield®, and Live Staging® in PPC campaigns, nor may you mislead users into believing that the hosting service is sold or activated by your company or business.
