If you already have a domain and active email accounts with another provider and want to transfer them to Ergonet, we can handle the migration process for you—completely free of charge.
Specifically, our customer service team can help you transfer messages from your email accounts to our email service.

Do I have to transfer the domain from my current provider?
The modularity of our offering provides various domain management options. During the purchase process, you can decide whether to:
- transfer the domain to Ergonet immediately
- wait for your approval to proceed with the domain transfer, for example, while waiting for the email account data to be migrated. (recommended option)
- Activate only the service with Ergonet, without transferring the domain, which will remain with your current provider.
If you keep your domain with an external provider, we’ll ask you to set up our nameservers so you can take full advantage of our additional services, including free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates.
Can I edit my domain's DNS records?
Yes, from the WebPanel customer portal, you can manage all features related to your domain name, such as editing individual DNS zone records.
Is email backup included?
Yes, all ErgoMail plans include a daily backup of files, databases, and email accounts. The daily backup of email account contents is retained for seven days on all plans. Messages older than 30 days are automatically deleted from the Spam and Trash folders.
Are email accounts also available via IMAP?
Yes, all ErgoMail email services include all standard connection protocols, including IMAP. This allows you to set up your email account on all your favorite devices and sync your messages in real time. Please note that messages older than 30 days are automatically deleted from the Spam and Trash folders.
Can I set up my email accounts on a PC, Mac, and smartphone?
Of course, with the help of our step-by-step guides and our customer service team, you’ll be able to set up your email accounts on all your favorite devices.
What will people see when they visit my domain name?
Every ErgoMail plan includes a customizable landing page featuring your contact information (HTML only; no PHP or databases) with 1 GB of disk space. The SSL certificate required to access your landing page via HTTPS is included in the price! You can easily customize this page with your contact details (company name, address, business hours, and general contact information) directly from the file manager in the WebPanel customer portal.

How does the free migration service work?
We'll take care of migrating your email accounts
1 – During the purchase process..
...select the option to postpone the domain transfer, as shown in the image. By doing so, the service with Ergonet will be activated, but your email accounts will remain active with your previous provider.
2 – Fill out the form
Once you have made the payment and received the service activation email, submit a support request from your WebPanel customer portal by selecting the“Data Transfer”box. Fill out the form with the information needed to migrate your email accounts.
Please note that this process requires manual handling by our customer service team and is carried out with the utmost care and attention.
3 – Await our contact
Within 24 hours, an experienced member of our customer service team will contact you to provide further information on the migration and ensure the successful completion of the operation with you.
